Leadership

I Believe in ME Youth Leadership Program educate, empower, and engage young ladies ages 12-17 to find educational and personal success through small interactive group and practical learning. This program operates 9-10 months out of the year. Each workshop is designed to develop leadership skills through group discussions and a series of structured exercises led by highly professional and experienced women who positively influence the youth. This organization provides an extensive age appropriate curriculum of lessons and activities geared towards teens. We provide our participants with real-life tools for success, such as life skills, goal-attainment, self-motivation, character development, social skills, responsible conduct, and other invaluable skills that will last a life time. Learning these skills is vital to success, so we build CONFIDENCE, develop CHARACTER, and promote proper CONDUCT.
